2. Eligibility and Registration
Candidates are required to register on the ICTAK's TalentScout - Campus Drive Portal to be eligible for participation in campus drives.
The act of registering is an initial step and does not ensure job placement.
It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure they meet the stated eligibility criteria before proceeding with registration.
Information provided at the time of registration must be complete and accurate; modifications post-registration will not be permitted.
3. Communication
All official communications pertaining to the job programme will be conducted through the TalentScout - Campus Drive Portal and via email.
Candidates must ensure the email address provided is valid and regularly monitored for updates.
Entries that are duplicated or multiple from the same candidate will not be considered.
4. Selection Process
The decision to select candidates for job opportunities lies solely with the recruiting companies involved in the campus drive.
Employers are under no obligation to extend employment offers to any candidate following the campus drive.
5. Employment Conditions
Selected candidates will be subject to the HR policies and terms of employment set forth by the recruiting company.
In instances of misconduct or negligence, the recruiting company reserves the right to terminate employment with or without notice.
The chosen mode of employment (whether physical, virtual, or hybrid) will be determined by the employer.
6. Legal Considerations
Offers for employment are conditional upon the accuracy of information provided by candidates in their applications and resumes. Offers may be deemed null and void if misinformation or significant inaccuracies are discovered.
